Job Summary:
We are seeking caring and dependable Caregivers to join our team! No prior experience in caregiving is required—just a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with our Clients provide basic assistance, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as dressing, grooming, and light meal preparation
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities and conversation
- Help maintain a clean and organized environment for clients, including light housekeeping
- Support caregivers with mobility assistance, including transferring and walking with clients as needed
- Assist with reminders for medication (no medication administration)
- Follow care plans and report any significant changes in clients’ conditions
